COMMUNITY SERVICES

Lions Club, House of Joy, Heart Treasures, Palliative Care and 2 Tree Lodge Hospice, and very recently, Bon Appetit food truck and Silent Mentors.
KINO also supports and promotes awareness articles for Parkinson's disease, single mother organisations, SOS kids, SSPCA, The Salvation Army Girls Home, Lions Nursing Home, Go-Green, Society for the Blind and several other individual projects.

EVENTS...

2013: Invited 1 star Michelin Chef Sebastien Bruecher from Alsace, France to do a week of workshops with the public/ culinary schools and invited 5 well-known chefs from Kuching to work with him. Proceeds from the gala were donated to single mothers associations.
2014: Started a one week BORNEO CAKE EXPLORATION with master cake chefs from China, Brunei, Hong Kong and Malaysia.
2015: Invited International Master cake artist David MacCarfrae, known for his wedding cakes for the Royal family of England. The cause behind this event was to train 5 promising young adults to work with doctors specializing in old age.
2016: Committee member for the Kuching Heritage Race 2016, 2017 & 2018. Funds go to several causes such as 10 ringgit club and House of Joy.
2017: Participated in the RWMF as a committee member of the Sarawak Culinary Adventure, promoting ethnic food and techniques of cooking) and as KINO Live Heritage Kitchen for demonstrations and workshops.
Participated in the Rainforest Fringe Festival as content contributor (FRF).
Participated in WAK together with Sarawak Culinary Heritage, the first ever Street food festival on India street
